When buying a house, it isn’t just the seller and the buyer that is involved in the transaction. Most of the time, and especially when the home owners need help,
real estate law firms are included in the picture. They can provide help with residential real estate sales and purchases. If one is into land investments or would get a commercial property for a solo business venture or for a joint venture, real estate law firms can help out as well. Not only that, but also when one is going to rent commercial space, refinance or build and develop land. These real estate law firms will of course provide experienced real estate lawyers whose expertise clients can trust.
I have heard and also read about some real estate lawyers who were hired to act for home buyers, home sellers, builders and developers, real estate investment groups, commercial property managers, landlords and lenders. But since hiring them come with a hefty amount for fees, a true blue businessman would go into law school, pass the bar and get licensed as a real estate lawyer. That way, all power is his or hers. No need to pay real estate law firms for a job that he or she can already do, once he or she gets the legal documents to represent himself or herself.

It’s better to hire someone who knows a lot of things about real estate and let them take care of everything.
Agent are only after the selling while the real state law is for formality and legality therefore it is important that we involve them in dealing a house
