You just put it on baby’s entire body to soften and moisturize. The last one is the blue one in which a lotion-to-powder. You can apply this one to the baby’s diaper area. I am not sure if it is the same company though 
This is the time when I was looking for a baby bottles but could not find any that my kids will like
