Visit Stark Museum Of Art Today

Don't you know about Stark Museum Of At? Have you ever been there? Well, if you did not know about them and not visit yet let me tell you about this historical museum of art. Stark Museum of Art was founded by a mother and son H.J. Lutcher Stark and his mother, Miriam Lutcher Stark. His mom was the collectors of art, furniture, and decorative items from around the world. It looks like me loves to collect things and i love what i did just this Stark mother. This H.J. Lutcher Stark developed the same passion just like his mother the same interest and loves to collect. Their dream became true that one day their collections will be displayed in a Museum of Art in Orange, Texas and this dreams become real the museum is open for everybody who will experience the historical wild West.

H.J.Lutcher Stark started to purchase works from Texas artists, he begun to collect American Indian objects from New Mexico in the 1920's and 30's. He got married to Nelda Childers in 1943 and continued to build their collection. From all their travel started in 1944 to 1962 they built a collection that strongly represents the Taos Society of Artists, a colony of artists drawn to the area for its scenery and culture. This is really incredible happened to them and i believe this will cherish forever. From all the expansion in 1960's they collected the rare five-volume set of John James Audubon's Birds of America as well as letters and first edition copies of publications by Audubon and John Woodhouse Audubon, they collected porcelain birds and flowers by Dorothy Doughty and Edward M. Boehm as well as a series of Steuben Glass pieces, including the complete set of The United States in Crystal, and they added 230 works by Paul Kane, which was their last major purchase for the collection.

Because of the inspiration of their passion, this couple started a foundation which was called the Stark Foundation in 1961 to enrich the quality of life in Southeast Texas through education and the arts. After his death the foundation under his wife's direction built a Museum of Art that was opened on November 29, 1978. Until Today this Museum acquired new works of arts and open to all who will visit it. I would love to visit that place it feels like you are entering the historical museum that was built with passion and love of West arts. I Love Tori Bermuda

I am always laughing with my hubby because he is always having a fantasy just like asking me what if your clothes will talk? What if your parts of the body will talk and say something about you? It is weird sometimes and he said that its natural to talk about that. Imagining things just like a fairy tales. Shangri La Botanical Gardens

After i got married hubby took me to a place that i cant believe how pretty it is. I dont know how many botanical gardens i wen to but most of them are unbelievable. I felt like i am in a garden of eden with Adam. Oh my i am dreaming but really when you are in a beautiful nature just like you have a peaceful mind. You felt good hearing those birds singing, the flowers blooming, and the water juts like talking to you. I remembered one time we went to one of botanical garden in Asheville, NC it was a fun thing because the place has a lot to offer. I can imagine walking in a beautiful garden that have lots of flowers and orchard trees. God really give his nature to let as know that he loves us.

Hubby is a kind of a person that really love's nature as well as myself. A lot of people loves nature too and when i saw this Shangri La Gardens and Nature Center i am amazed how lovely is there 252 acres garden that Nelda C. and H.J. Lutcher Stark founded it. This is a private foundation whose mission is to improve and enrich the quality of life in Southeast Texas to encourage and assist education. As we know, they are the first project in Texas and the 50th project in the world to earn the U.S. Green Building Council's Platinum certification for LEED®-NC in which verifies the design and construction of Shangri La that reaches the highest green building and performance measures.

I will tell hubby about this when we will go to Texas one day, we will really visit Shangri La Gardens and Nature Center and i will show him this website so that he can visit there online. This are the 7 things that makes me happy

1. I am very happy when i wake-up my son will hug me and kiss me. Of course hubby too:)

2. I am happy when i know that my family in Pinas are ok and they are in good health of course if they need help we are willing as long as we have ours.

3. I am happy when i can help others beside my family in Philippines. We have lots of plans but its just the money matters not much but i am happy happy of it.

4. Family time going somewhere and having some fun enjoying Gods creation of course i am very happy.

5. I am happy also when i can go to a get together with my friends, and in church.

6. I am happy that God bless us with a wonderful son and i know even yourself happy of your kids. Being a mom is a rewarding thing i am glad i become a mom.

7. Lastly i am happy and thankful to God for giving my hubby to me he is also a blessing to my life.
