When I look at the theme of the week I am confuse what to post but I remember the picture of the upside down amusement building.  When I first saw this building i thought there was an accident where the building become upside down. Hubby laugh at me and said its just an art. The article design it to make people smile, surprise or laugh..Every time we pass at the building I smile and said joker….
