I saw this and just HAD TO comment. I have tried just about every fly-by-night and multi-level place in the world to lose weight and the only thing "thinner" on me was my pocketbook LOL. So I was a bit scared when I decided to try anything else.
But MyDietSolutions delivered what they said they would. Now mind you, I did MY PART in all of it (followed Dr. Gates' calorie recommendations, drank 64oz of water a day, and exercised at least 30 minutes a day). And I lost the weight I wanted to and it is staying off! Now I've set a new goal and it's coming off again!! This is a major deal since I have a Thyroid Disease that makes it extremely difficult to lose weight at all! MyDietSolutions is the real deal. I'm blessed to have found them!
