Making Eggroll
Today I am making an eggroll for church on Saturday because we have a potluck after church. I make maybe almost 30+ and some hubby, kids, and myself eat some of it. I love what I make and even my family. Now the eggrolls are ready to be brought to the church and let the members enjoyed it. Do you tried making this one or just eat it? I know many people already tried this one and feel in love with it. Some might put some beef but for me I only put vegetables and cheese. It taste really good with the eggroll sauce in it.
Biko A Filipino Dessert
Today we are not talking about jewelries or business but we are talking about food. I always love Filipino food specially my moms cooking that I miss it for a long time. Some of my friends came by in our house and we did a cooking. One of them cooks the one in that picture. We have different style of cooking this kind of dessert and I learned how she did it. This one is a famous dessert in our country. Most holidays and occasions this dessert is present. I so love this one if I have a sticky rice will make it but its just far from our house the Asian store almost 2 hours. Oh well, maybe soon enough….
Filipino Get Together
Yesterday morning a friend of mine invited us to visit another Filipino one hour from the house. I am happy for that because i can go out of the house and spend some time to my friends. A close friend pick me up with my two sons. We spent from 11am to 9pm at night. What we did in there just eat, chit chat, spending time with new friends, and have a good time singing in a karaoke. The foods above are the one we got yesterday. Anyway, i look forward to spend together with my friends.
