AIB Pack House Inspection

It was a busy day that i forgot to post here in my blog. The AIB or health department came to the farm and inspected our packing house ready for the season. This inspection will determine that you can operate your farm pack house if you pass. We tried to clean everything inside and out the packing area and do some paper works or bookkeeping. Hubby was in-charge with the paper works and i am the one who clean the whole area. After few hours the inspectors came and inspected the place. I am glad we pass and we have a gold seal that means our packing house is ready for the Blueberry season. We will start picking our berries this coming third week of May.

The picture above is our pack house building. It is a double wide trailer and it is wide inside.

Today is Wednesday and i am hoping your day is great. The picture that you can see above was from the looking glass falls. When you see this falls it will give you at peace. Beautiful Scenery

Do you like mountain scenery? Well, a friend of mine who live in Waynesville, NC got a pretty view overlooking from their house. The mountain next to their house was called cold mountain. Here house is pretty with a beautiful scenery. She told me that during fall those trees in the mountain turn into different colors like a rainbow and it looks very beautiful. She is blessed with the beauty of nature. Here is the picture of their house...

What i like in their house was the wrap around porch. You can seat there all day long watching the pretty scenic view and you are at peace. Their house has a big basement that they make as an office and entertainment room. The second floor was pretty and the first floor was huge. You can find in there the master's bedroom where the Jacuzzi is, then a big kitchen, living room, and dinning room. She tours me inside her house that was why i know what was inside. My son enjoyed in there specially he saw the kid's room that full of toys. Anyway, our visit to a friend was memorable.

I am Back

Hello everyone! It has been awhile since my last post. We got back from Indiana last Thursday evening. The sad thing my Internet connection just got back this morning but i used the free Wifi in MC Donald for checking my store sales. It was hard to settle down after few days that we are here in the house. So many things to put up specially we are not in our house for almost six months. There are many cleaning up, arranging, washing, and I am still sick. Oh well, i will get over it and catch up some things i need to catch. How Safe Is Your Computer?

I ask this question because as you notice i do not blog updates yesterday. Last Wednesday after i came back from the park i turn on my computer and I cannot figure out why it will not turn on. In the morning my computer works great without any problem. I am worried why it did not work in the afternoon so i tried many ways to get back from normal but it did not happened. I lost all my files i save in my computer but I am not worried about it. Hubby fix it last yesterday after came back from work. He told me that someone "HACKED" my computer and shot down all the windows file even the antivirus and the firewall protection. When he tried to save the computer he found out that someone also in there but the last decision was reformat the whole program and back to original manufacturer programs. I slept late last night just to put back all the software i got and now i am back to normal. Do you have any problem of hackers? Today i want to share this picture of an island where i met many Asians. When i went to a church camp meeting i found this place fascinating. It looks like a place where you can find a peace in your mind. Why? Of course the view was pretty and there many seagulls you can find everywhere. I have a good time staying there for a whole day.
