Blue Monday - Thanksgiving Lunch

Hello world how are you today? Well, it is cold here in Indiana. My entry for blue Monday is our Thanksgiving lunch picture. Our plan for thanksgiving was to eat in Golden Corral because one of the co-worker of hubby that lives in this area told him that GC has a great Thanksgiving dinner. But our plan did not go through because our vehicle will not crank up and hubby said something wrong with the fuse. God is really wonderful that our vehicle miss up during hubby's break from work. The second option of the thanksgiving was in Chinese restaurant that was just few steps from the hotel we stayed. We just walk there and ate our Thanksgiving lunch. We enjoyed the food and the places were pretty specially the lights above the food. As you can see in the image above it was really pretty. Thank you for coming and take care.

I'm so glad you had a good Thanksgiving. Our plans went awry, too, but we also had a wonderful time. I love how you looked on the positive side of this and enjoyed the beauty of the lights and the good food, even if it wasn't turkey. I love oriental food, so that would have been a good choice for me. I hope your husband's car is fixed now, and how blessed you were that it didn't happen when he needed to be at work.

Happy Blue Monday...

XO,

Sheila :-)

Gengen, I'm sure that next Thanksgiving will be a bit easier on you when you're actually back home in the states, but the real blessings of Thanksgiving is that God is good. You took the time to celebrate that goodness as a family. Good choice! Happy Blue Monday.

Thanksgiving is a holiday we carry in our hearts. It really is not about the kind of food we eat or the place we eat it in. It sounds as though you made a good day out of one that had a bad start. Have a great Blue Monday. Blessings...Mary

There's always a glitch in every holiday, it seems. I'm glad yours worked out.
