But there are natural way to make yourself younger as it should be. I remember when i was in college that those people who doesn't know me are mistaken about how old I am. They thought I am just in my teens but I am almost 30 in that time. My secret is just eating food that are healthy. So here are those foods that helps you look or stay young. 1. Eggs - benefit is weight loss
* According to the study of International Journal of Obesity that those people replace carbs with eggs for breakfast lose weight 65 percent quicker. Researchers in Michigan were able to determine that regular egg eaters enjoyed more vitamins and minerals in their diets than those who ate few or no eggs. By examining surveys from more than 25,000 people, the researchers found that egg eaters are about half as likely to be deficient in vitamin B12, 24 percent less likely to be deficient in vitamin A, and 36 percent less likely to be deficient in vitamin E. And here’s something more shocking: Those who ate at least four eggs a week had significantly lower cholesterol levels than those who ate fewer than one. Turns out, the dietary cholesterol in the yolk has little impact on your serum cholesterol.

Start with an Internist for a complete check up. He will refer you to any specialists, should you need one. Be as thorough with the new doctor as you were writing this. It's time to get to the bottom of this. You are too young to feel so lousy.
