I am a little busy this morning so I am late in posting my entry. The picture below was taken when we went to the beach with hubby and our son. I saw this beautiful house that for sale. According to hubby he read in our local news that the house that built for more than a million is now sale for a very low price but still they cannot sold any. Imagine from one million worth of the house they sell it for only $200,000. One of my friends told me that their house was put in the market since last year but until now it did not sold. I hope the economy is changing to good... Anyway thank you for coming and have a great Sunday.

Goodness. That is really a beautiful home. I can't imagine it not selling.
What a great house, it should be snapped up for $200,000. There must be another reason beside price that is stopping the sale.

I can't imagine a home that costs a million dollars and you're right what a drop! Beautiful though and I'd love to see the inside.
