Starting this week until July I am very busy helping my hubby working in our farm. Our blueberries needs to be picked. Yesterday we only have very little berries picked because we do not have enough pickers. We are hoping today that pickers will show up and the berries will be picked. There are still many berries coming and they are starting to look great. We thank God for this blessings and hoping that the price is not very low just like what happened last year. Don't you know that blueberries can help so many diseases? According to the research group of New Jersey the " identified compounds in blueberries called proanthocyanidins that promote urinary tract health and reduce the risk of infection by preventing bacteria from adhering to the cells that line the walls of the urinary tract." oh... i like blueberries... i tried that when i was here na.. .i enjoy it.. sos basin wa na noon halin ug akoy mamunit anang blueberries kay adto tanan sa baba... hahahahaha...
