How To Change Nofollow To DoFollow Blog

The other day I think of checking my blog and the other blogs I own whether it is no follow or do follow blog. I notice that it is no follow maybe the set up of the code that is no follow so I tried to correct it and worry no more because all my blogs are do follow now. The backlinks and comments are now no follow free. I want also to share this information since some of the bloggers sites are not do follow blogs. Firefox did not allow you to edit it so try Internet explorer that works for my site but all my blogs best viewed by Firefox and Google Chrome.

Here are the steps when you are changing your site from no follow to do follow blog.

1. Log in first to your account in blogger.com. Then go to your dashboard and click the blog that you will going to edit.

2. In your Layout, click the Edit HTML and followed by clicking the Expand Widget Templates so that you can see the whole code of the blog.

3. You can change the two links:

a.) Backlinks - find this code --> a expr:href='data:backlink.url' then delete the rel=’nofollow’ that will look like this after deletion . When you already delete the rel='nofollow then click then Save Template.

b.) For Comments - find this code -> a expr:href='data:comment.authorUrl' then delete the rel='nofollow' .... After deleting the rel='nofollow' click the Save Template. Your code looks like this below.

After doing this steps i can assure you ahve a do follow blog. after doing this yesterday i asked a friend of mine to check whether it works and it did she told me that I have a do follow blog now. I am very happy for that and hope you will do yours the same. If you are confuse or you have soem questions don't hesitate to ask me we will try to solve that. Just leave a message in here.

Thanks for the info, I'm using One-theme theme and could not find the code you mentioned.

I however found a plugin that does the same and installed it sometime ago. The plugin is called DoFollow.

Thanks again.

I've been trying to figure this out on my WordPress blog, but I'm afraid to mess anything up. Last time I tried to change something, I wiped out my entire site and I had to have my hosting company restore my site. Do you know how to make the changes to a Wordpress blog?
