According to Sue Radd, a consultant nutritionist there are 5 ways to lift your mood:
1. Have a good breakfast everyday.
2. Include foods rich in B vitamins.
3. include foods rich in omega-3 fatty acids to make you happy.
4. Drink plenty of water.
5. Activate yourself.
In this case i fail some of that ways...heheh hope you pass all. Have a great day.
